Iām giving a 5 star due to Jeffery Moore. The instructor that is outside everyday, cold, hot, rain, snow, doesnāt matter. Yeah, Devon gets you through the first week of class , but itās virtual, and not with him. There is another instructor on zoom meeting on the computer that gets you through the first week so you are able to go take your test to get your permit. If passed, thatās where you really get trained, hands on. Auto or manual. Jeff is beyond the best. 160 fails to provide him with equipment that is a MUST to have on the yard. I was in this course November till today (test day) and there has been no power , a few days it would take 2-3 hours out of my training just to jump the trucks because they could not be charged through the freezing night temperatures. Jeff gives you so much more information than is actually needed to pass your final test. Jeff is a professional, he has years and years of experience driving truck. He is super knowledgeable and knows what he is doing, a super great teacher!!! So if youāre willing to learn, listen and ready to get behind the wheel and learn to drive while starting a lifetime career. No doubts all hands down, I would recommend everyone to go through this course with Jeff at 160 in Muncie, IN. (Daleville, IN). Jeff will give you everything that is needed to pass, you MUST put in the work for it, they are not there to hold your hand. Study, feel the truck, know your parts and really take the time to ask questions. Jeff is more than happy to explain and help in any area you need work in. The big guys though, that sit in their office need to get it together, went to take my test on 1/10/23 and the vin and registration were switched with another truck that was in Illinois. So I had to wait 3-4 weeks to take my test. 160 is great and all but they need better management. My opinion would be let the instructors run their yard, provide them with the equipment they need to run that yard so the students can train more, have multiple trucks and trailers to practice/train on while other students are driving or doing their maneuvers. Overall, I had a great experience because of my instructor, keep it up Jeffery Moore. Iāve learned more from you while on the yard then I would have at any other school because you push me beyond what I thought that I couldnāt do, and now I hold a Class A Commercial License. I will refer multiple people to your training Jeff.
