I took my grandson in to 1st United Credit Union to open a savings account. We had an appointment with Brenda Mims-Smith who from the start was so friendly and funny. I loved that she engaged with my grandson directly. It was a great experience for both of us. We laughed alot too. Besides Ms Brenda's amazing personality, the offices are so clean and the natural lighting is perfect. Ask for Ms Brenda to help you!!

The bank doesn’t help their customers at all I had different issues and I never get the help and they need more training in the customer service and employees are rude even over the phone I don’t recommend this bank at all

I have had an amazing experience with this branch. Ramil has helped me TREMENDOUSLY with some very sensitive matters. He is always upbeat and has all the right answers, even to the tough questions.
I am VERY impressed by him and also by the others I have worked with at this branch. I would give them 10 stars if that were possible!
