I rented Tallyho Tiny Home May 25-27 and your organization along with management need to know the quality of the home we rented. The money that your organizations charges must meet the quality of the house at all times. There were several distinguishing issues with this property which are below:
1. The septic system needs attention immediately, your personal need to have quality control checks and balances in place. Upon arrival on the 25th of May we were greeted with standing puddles of septic backwash 4 feet from porch. The stinch and puddles never subsided during our stay, you can not tolerate sitting or standing on the deck due to smell. The neighbors who live in the houses very close to the property indicated it always smells and they call your office to complain, this is unacceptable! There was a running stream of septic backwash during the stay.
2.. The A/C or lack there of is not sufficient for this property, the bedroom isn’t habitable during the evening hours, it’s excessively hot, we closed blinds and turned lights off to try and help with no success. We stayed in another of your tiny homes within past 45 days and that property and that A/C was sufficient overall.
3. The dock you publish is not ethical, you can not utilize the dock to secure your boat or any boat, the depth is less than 16”, the cove will not support any boat other than a canoe on that dock. It is in your best interest to publicize the proper declarations at all times, it’s dishonest to wrongfully advertise this.

Overall your property doesn’t even come close to the prices you charge, the lack of management quality controls is embarrassing to the consumer like myself who paid several hundred dollars for the rental. I don’t expect a call as I’m sure it falls on deaf ears, I own my own business and if I were to treat my customers with this poor condition I wouldn’t be in business in the near future.

If you are thinking of investment property or renting, you should use 360 Destinations!!! They have gone above and beyond to rent my property. They go the extra mile in helping guests while looking out for the owners. If I have a question they pick up on the first ring! Obviously I’m a fan.
