We opened a savings account and finalized a loan with Wesley on 2/27. He was amazing! I had been ran through the ringer at the dealership for 3 days and I was mentally spent. Wesley saved the day by being easy to work with and having the kindest disposition. Anyone in need of a loan or account, Wesley is your guy. Three Rivers is local, has amazing rates and they are very easy to contact if you need too. I can’t recommend them enough and Wesley should be commended for an amazing job!

I reported some fraud on my credit card and requested a new one. It’s been two months now, and I have called about 4 times (waiting 7-10 business days each time) asking them to send one. It still has not arrived. This last time they claimed that they were going to send my card overnight, but still nothing has arrived. Their only solution is for me to come into the branch, but this is not possible as I am a travel nurse on assignment several states away. I’ve never had this issue before. Everything has usually been very good with 3 Rivers (except they’re horrible app & card control). I’m not too sure of the process for making a card and sending it, but someone is clearly not doing their job correctly. A new card was requested on 9/20, it is now 11/14 and no card has yet to arrive. The only reason I haven’t closed the account yet is because it’s my oldest credit line and I don’t want to lose that for my credit score.

This branch is amazing! Everyone there is always helpful and friendly. They are usually very busy but I always know that I'm going to get great service so I don't mind the wait. They helped me get a car loan after and unexpected car accident. They also helped me open a 3 Rivers credit card and get my existing card balances transferred over, which saved me a lot of $$ in interest. I also opened an IRA with their Investment Team. It's always a great experience!!

Loan process went good..I asked brooklyn about my morgage jumping up a couple of times she said shecwould look into it..I e mailed her a couple weeks later and asked her about the loan amount and payoff deferential once again she didn't respond..your bussiness card is only good if you contact loaner about a question or my case questions..if she answers I'll remove this rating

I don't think I've ever had a bad experience while handling my finances here. The staff treats you well and they get to know you like family. They really seem like they have my best interests in mind. The reasonable interest rates, abundance of financial services, and well-trained and well-mannered employees have ensured that 3Rivers FCU will remain my principal financial location for years to come.

We recently switched from Chase, which we had for 10 years, we've only been members at 3 rivers for 5 weeks and EVERYTHING, especially costumer service is a 10 out of 10! So much better and more of a personal family friendly touch to them! You are awesome!!!

I visit this location and others with Three Rivers frequently. Went to this location on Monday June 13. The visit was 10:32 am. The teller was almost asleep. She was slower than molasses and rude with absolutely no personality. Sent my envelope of cash and my id back to me wide open and falling out. No thank you or have a good day, just nothing. They must need tellers because for this one to be working there was sad.

I was asked for my password and how much I owed on my loan to DEPOSIT A $80 CHECK only. The lady was absolutely rude and said it was the policy. I have been with this credit union for 30 years. I appreciate when asked for my password when money is withdrawn but Deposited; who would be fraudulent and Deposit money, no way, no one. She was spiteful. Poor customer service!
