Deposited a casiers check through the ATM and it was put on a two day hold. It has been 4 days now and the check is still being held. Extremely inconvenient for something that is made out to be more convenient.

Love banking here but there is not enough tellers. When I come in no one even looks up at me. They just look at their computer and ignore me. I'm usually the only member there with no line. I'm just standing there longer than it takes to do my transactions.

I had a very difficult time accessing my LLC business account through this agency. No staff knew what to do in order for me to withdrawl from my business account. They accessed my personal account to do so, then provided me with printed checks telling me to write a check to myself for a paper trail. The first one went through, months later the second one came back in the mail stating I had a fee of $25. I ended up closing my business account that was very difficult to set up as well as access funds.

Terrible. My 18 year old brother went in to open an account and was threatened by the lady who assisted him. She stated that she wouldn't hesitate to call law enforcement on him. She asked him did he have a job and stated people were opening accounts only to get over on the government. She was very rude. My brother has social anxiety and is afraid to go into banks now .

Customer Service....this is a 5 star organization! 3 Rivers processed a small loan for me and looked at my vehicle interest rate from another financial institute and came back with a rate that was nearly 2/3's less and processed that loan online within 3 days. I couldn't be more happy with their service and dedication to our community.
