Absolute joke of bank. Within 1 year my business card was turned off 3x. They have jo after hours or weekend service available so I'm just SOL. I do weekly deposits and 2x they messed it up. When I got tired of the BS I closed the account but they deleted all my records online so now I can't even view anything.

These people have the slowest customer service of any bank I have ever been to. No exaggeration, most of the time it takes me ten minutes or more to make a simple car payment with no customers before me. I have waited fifteen minutes before. I have also had several other issues with the company as a whole. Will never ever get another loan through them, let alone do any actual banking. The only reason they get two stars instead of one is that they have never actually messed up my transaction. It just takes them FOREVER.

This is a stunning and very professional location. I’ve been doing business for the past 20 years and have been blown away at how amazing this location is. Wade is fantastic. He’s always available, always courteous, and has never done anything but go the distance and beyond over the past five years that we’ve known him. The other staff have been just as courteous too. We are always greeted with a smile and feel good when we leave. Even through the pandemic they didn’t waiver a bit. We can’t express our gratitude enough. We are appreciative to be part of their way of life and know wholeheartedly that their fiduciary mentality is second to none.

They are a friendly team here. I met with someone about replacing my business credit card and it was a relatively painless experience. Amy is also very passionate and knowledgeable. You can't go wrong with any 3 Rivers branch. Ditch the big banks and opt for a local credit union!

Great branch next to I-69. People are very knowledgeable and are always willing to assist. I've gotten several auto loans from this branch and they made things extremely easy and explained the great protection policies that I could add to my new vehicle.

Amy, Jamie and rest of the crew at this branch are phenomenal. Any questions I ever have about anything account related have always been answered and I feel like I am good hands as well as my money. I previously had an account with another "big" bank here where a teller made gave me bad information and they weren't willing to credit the fees that came along with the costly mistake which was a deal breaker for me. I am not one to make a big scene and I left as quietly as I came. I was not interested in that point in continuing to bank with an organization that is only willing to fix something when you say you're leaving. Anyway all of that to say I LOVE 3 RIVERS and most importantly this branch!

Employees are very nice. My biggest complaint is speed. Everything takes soo long especially the drive thru. I worked at a bank in busy downtown that required filling out tickets for every transaction and we could run circles around this branch.
