Rob Jenkins managed my rental property in Buford for a dozen years. There was very little turnover, as he screened and selected the best tenants, and then kept both tenants and owner happy! He handled all repair issues and when a tree fell on the roof during a recent storm, worked with contractors and insurance company to complete the claim. Excellent Service and professionalism. Rob not only managed my rental property and did an excellent job finding a tenant as well as making the process seamless. When the tenant vacated the property and I made the decision to sell it, Rob was on the spot and got the property marketed for sale. It took less than 45 days to get several offers which Rob walked me through. We ended up selling the property for $2,500.00 more than asking price and it closed in 30 days. Great job Rob! Rob Jenkins managed our rental property for over 5 years. I could write a whole page of positive feedback but nobody reads long reviews (I surely don't). Suffice to say that Rob was outstanding! He managed our property much better than the previous 2 property managers. Rents were collected and disbursed timely, issues at the property were addressed adequately, and he made sure that HOA grievances (gosh there were so many) were addressed promptly.

When we made a decision to sell the property, Rob gave us invaluable advice, got us a very good selling price and made the whole selling process painless. The property was sold within 3 days of posting!
