The customer service reps were nice...but i dont know about those other reviews but yis a fishing operation.. one..says they were open early after noon when i called..so i called..waited..someone answered..took ALLLL my info and about the car. Cool..
I told them i was only looking for 1300.00 at most...

Then...

Says of sorry the car doesnt qualify but they can connect me with one of their personal loan partners...i said thats ok..my credit sucks and i dont want any added marks against my credit because of inqueries.

He said that they give loans to people with bad to no credit so its not a factor so i said ok. Transfered..spoke to the guy...sent a link and away i went..they asked for EVERYTHING..BANK ROUTING NUMBER...BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER..THE WHOLE TIME MAKING U YOU ARE IN..

NOW TO CLOSE THE DEAL YOU NEED A CO SIGNER...

Their minimum was 3000...i only wanted 1500 tops putting up colatteral..

If i didnt qualify for 1500 with collateral..you knew..they knew..i would qualify for 3000 without collateral and bad credit. So to do this to vulnersble clients in need is sick!..

It gets better..i backed out i wrote cancel..wrote them..atleast i thought it was them..

I called another company in the same city...they answered and when I was giving them the information they already had it in the system and said oh they see that I called earlier I was like that's strange this is a different company I said how I was confused and then I thought okay so then he said oh well just press one because I told him what happened I said this is crazy he says well they offer loan so just press one and I'll be directed to them directly one of their representative then we'll deal with me instead of one of their partners and get the loan through them okay I did that but I didn't receive anything so I said you know what I'm not going to call them back I'm going to call this other company so I called the other company. Another one that I meant to call and thought I called but apparently I called the same one back well I was giving them my information again and they found me in the system then they disclosed that they are recalling system that answers the phone from multiple loan title loan companies and that that's what they do. What I thought answering services were for companies that are closed I said it says you guys are open and I don't understand why you are giving me information I never gave you if I'm calling a completely different company so. Apparently it's a whole set up there and so I have all these people that and I was reaching out to me that I filled out and trying to get a loan thinking that they were actually the car company the car title loan company when they were not the car title loan company and I gave all my personal information banking routing number everything bank account number only to not be able to get the loans you're very simple loan I'm asking for. This is very bad and deceiving it's a very big deceitful act that they're doing this to people that are in need and that they're actually fishing for information very personal information and ruining People's Credit while they're at it. They had me go through at least three different options of credit before I realized for they came out and told me that they were answering service so this is not good I will be very careful people using these companies I want my information removed completely from the system because that was very wrong very understanded.
