Extremely rude office and very difficult to reach. After wasting nearly an hour trying to reach anyone at their office due to their non-working phone system, the representative hung up on me when asked questions regarding the account. I would strongly recommend another HOA management company.

💯 times negative stars for this horrible company and their customer service, I emailed them a few times and asked them nicely to manage the problem but no response .we pay big money every month and we have to suffer. The pool is filthy, dirty and unclean because no body cleaning it like before, so I emailed them about this matter and I didn’t get any response! Next step I will let the health department know about this problem.

Customer service number requests users press 0 to request talking to a person, then tells you the number you pressed is invalid. This is after selecting "2."

Justin and Isabel are AWESOME! They take the time to go above and beyond to make sure each property they manage is secure and has everything taken care of.
As their security vendor, we know that they don't cut any corners. We look forward to many more years of serving the community together!

This is the worst management company ever. As someone else posted, there needs to be negative stars. these guys still Mail everything to my old Address. They charge me $200 when I bought this place to Change the address. still not complete. This place is a complete joke with full idiots running it.. They gave me a notice for an RV. Being stored in the front yard. We have never stored an RV, but yet they mailed to the wrong address again. So we were never notified until it gets in the legal hands.. Complete idiots!,,

The absolute worst company. $64 in processing fees including a returned payment fee caused by an error on the website. I have to deal with them once a year and every time its a complete nightmare. Literally no staff to take a phone call, different payment portals yearly. I can't believe it is legal to operate a company this way, especially considering they have the power to place a lean on your home. All with no employee's to handle any issues on their end. There should be a lawsuit!

Edit: Read everyone else's reviews and decide for your self!

One year later: Paid the assessment, received my confirmation. Week later receive an email that my assessment is outstanding.
Every year there is an error on their end that costs me in fees.

Why can’t I give them fewer than one star? They hold you accountable to CC&Rs that they refuse to give you, delayed my solar panels for three months because they lost the paperwork, and charge a fee for supplying nothing beyond street sweeping and writing you annoying letters. I don’t see why this is legal.
