My wife and I rented a property managed by Grapevine for a year and a half, and we found them to be extremely professional and timely. We didn't have many issues with the house, and our maintenance requests were always filled on time. Kimberly in particular worked very hard to find new tenants after we had to break our lease early, for which we are very grateful.

I am current tenant. I cannot begin to list the problems with this company. Kimberly is one of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever met. I’ve been accused of being difficult for requiring a 24 hour notice to enter for maintenance since I am required to be present to let the handyman in and stay while he is here. I am required to provide supplies and tools for the unprepared handyman which includes multiple rolls of paper towels. The shower in my master bathroom was unusable for six months and Kimberly refused to have to repair done until I threatened to withhold rent. I’m currently experiencing issues with my hot water being shut off daily with zero notice and Kimberly just blames the HOA. Please do not use this company. The amount of stress you will experience from Kimberly’s illegal and unprofessional behavior isn’t worth it.

I don't rent from this company nor would I ever recommend them and here is why. I live next door to one of the properties managed by them. I have called just this year several times to have them trim their trees. When I finally spoke to Kim she said it is being taken care of and she would call back within the week (No call back for 3 weeks). I then spoke to Scott who said he knew of the issue and was waiting on QUOTE. He stated tha he would call me back the next day to update me (2 weeks and no call). I called the office several times and no answer. They finally answerd and Scott said in a very rude way that he works for his boss and does not have time to call and update me. The palm leaves (the large ones) have fallen in my yard anlong with all the pods they produce. My pool person was just missed by a foot from on of the palm branches. I have been really nice and even fixed their falling fence. This is why owners get sued. I will no longer hesitate instituting a suit if something happens. I am sure they have paid reviews.

I have been renting from this group for the last 4 years and plan to stay again this year. They are always very quick to respond when any issue comes up. Kim and Scott are the stars of the show and are supported by a cast of wonderful people! They are always cool in working with my schedule always give me plenty of time to respond to any concerns as well. They handle all the contacts with the owner of the home with ease. Contacting them is more like working with family rather than a landlord. They are also a few months ahead when it comes to renewing a lease, which always helps in avoiding any last minute hiccups. There are very few companies I would trust to find a new property to rent from and this is one of them. I have even suggested to a friend that they would be a good company to work with to rent one of their properties. A+ all the way!

I am so grateful I found Grapevine Management! They have made my life happy again! I fell last December and my son wanted me to move closer to him in San Diego, so I was fortunate to find Grapevine Management to handle my home in Temecula.
It was sad leaving such a lovely community, but I left my home in great hands! Scott and his wife have made all my worries go away!

Awesome property manager. We work with many property management companies and Grapevine has always been a pleasure to work with. We have worked with Grapevine for several different situations where the tenant has had an emergency, Grapevine was very professional and helpful, informing homeowners and making sure that everything was taken care of. A week prior, I scheduled to view a property on the following Monday. Come Monday I hadn’t heard anything. An hour before the scheduled time I called to make sure everything was all set. The person I called said that the tenants were no longer leaving the property (this is right before the viewing and he didn’t think to call me to cancel it). He told me to call him later in the week to see if he had anymore information. I call him Friday (today) and someone else answers and tells me the property is now being rented out to someone else. I don’t know what is going on at this office but they don’t know what they are doing. Stay Away at all cost.

- did not have the courtesy or decency to cancel the scheduled viewing
- also lied about what was going on with the property to keep me as a fall back person, invade their other applicant fell through.

The lady that answered the phone today had nothing more to say then “it’s already rented so...”
