Steven is very professional and knowledgeable about the real estate market. He is friendly and have the patience to guide us through the process without rushing. He was able to teach us the process and helped us negotiate for a deal below asking as well as getting us credit back from sellers toward closing cost. We have worked with a couple other agents before to purchase home for my parents. Steven is the best agent and has top personality among other agents we have met so far. Wei/Steven has the personality and skill set to be a good realtor. His positive attitude is plus considering how hard it is to win a bid in the Bay Area. He knows the intricate network from the loan lenders to how setup a successful bid. He may look to be Mr. Nice but he has the shrewd negotiating skill whenever deemed necessary. As an analogy, send him out into the forest to gather for food and he might be able to surprise you by bring back a basket fill with variety of fruits.
