For me, buying a new home was a very nerve wracking experience, although it is very exciting, it feels like you enter a world full of new vocabulary and processes that are unknow. Ryan and his team at CRM made us feel comfortable every step of the the way!

The two areas where they really stood out:

1. I felt comfortable asking for things to be explained to me. They never talked down or made me feel like I was asking "dumb" questions, but rather, the whole team took time to walk me through each step of the process, and ensure that I understood everything that was going on.

2. Time/Efficient - The were so responsive to our questions and didn't leave us wondering when they were going to respond. This is a really nice characteristic of California Republic Mortgage. They answer quickly and keep you informed throughout the whole process.

It was a great pleasure working with Ryan and I really appreciated his non stop hard work ethic!
