I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and it’s a decent place. It’s a cute little apartment that’s perfect for one or two people nothing more. There are a lot of things I wish I could change about this place, mainly physical appearance type stuff. The staff here are great, especially Noe and Gilbert, the maintenance guys. They are amazing! Anytime I have had an issue or concern about something they take care of it and they get it done quick. So thanks guys!

Both Ladies in the front office are wonderful. Sheryl is amazing and is always available to help and assist with any questions or concerns. Also, the maintenance team is always courteous and working hard at maintaining the property. The staff here make sure that you feel welcomed and comfortable. Thank you!

I moved into these apartments last month and so far they are great . I appreciate Cheryl so much she helped me through the whole process. I put in a maintenance request for my microwave and it didn’t take long at all for someone to come.

Nicole in the front office made the move very smooth! As a business woman I greatly appreciate when we have correspondences with such professionalism and positivity. It's usually stressful to have to relocate and she truly made it feel like we were welcomed there! The property is very clean and kept up. The monthly rent is very affordable compared to many other apartments in the H.D. When I was looking through reviews I'm so glad I had my own experience because many of those low ratings could have easily been taken care of by going to the office and speaking to the staff.

I had a Great experience with Nicole here. i was looking for 2b some places don’t answer the phore around high desert but Nicole made sure answer all my questions regarding property, is very friendly and professional. Ones I decide to move in hesperia, I would definitely go for Las casitas. Thank you for the wonderful experience

Nicole and Sheryl are absolutely awesome. Very professional, courteous, and willingness to assist in what ever way possible. They personally assisted me in my move in process, which would have taken me days to figure. Both Nicole and Sheryl are angels and I owe the both lunch for their kindness and services daily!
