Called to get info and the sales rep was not clear that they did not have any 3 bedrooms available when that is what I asked for. Instead she spent 5 minutes explaining about a 2 bedroom. At the end when I started asking about the 3 bedroom she got upset and said that's not what I'm talking about and literally hung up on me! Guaranteed to say you lost some very well qualified potential tenants. Bad customer service!

Easily the best apartment I've ever had! Shauna and Leticia were great to work with and the maintenance team was always very responsive. I lived here for 6 years and only moved because I changed jobs that would have too long of a commute. If I get the chance to return, I will!
Pros:
1. 2-car garage with 2 additional parking spaces in the driveway and ample guest parking
2. Laundry hookups
3. Back patio
4. Large, open kitchen
5. Electric bill was never > $120/mo. even with heat waves and the setpoint being at 72 degrees
6. Grassy area and walking pathway for dogs
7. 2 minutes (yes, you can walk!) to a great Target with most of the essentials
8. Responsive maintenance team
9. Helpful property managers
10. Minimal pests - I had some spiders on the back patio one summer, but the fumigation service took care of them promptly
11. Tankless water heater
12. The autopay through the portal worked almost flawlessly the whole 6 years I was there
13. Only one shared wall with the next door neighbor

Cons:
1. Dog size restrictions
2. If parked on the driveway, it's at a slant that makes it difficult to get in/out of your car
3. There was sometimes a line of cars waiting to get in the gate
4. In the second bathroom (for 2 bed, 2 bath floor plan) the fan is permanently running. White noise for me, but it's a waste of electricity.
5. The airflow for the smoke detector next to the stove is poor which causes the detector to go off way too easily

West Main Villas is by far the BEST apartment complex I have ever lived in. The staff are attentive, welcoming, and are quick to reply to any issue. The community is well managed, safe, and clean. If you are in the market for a new home, I would highly recommend choosing this community.

I looooved living here, Shauna and the rest of the front office are amazing, and very sweet. I just moved out and I am so sad to no longer be apart of this amazing community. The maintenance is also amazing and very attentive. The 2b 2b is very spacious, you’ll love this mini community if you ever get the chance to live here.
I will truly miss living here.

I lived in West Main for 2 years. One of the best communities in the High Desert. Leticia, Shawna, and the entire staff at West Main are amazing! Great community for a small family with all the amenities. Family friendly community and attentive staff. Thank you West Main for an great experience!

I lived at West Main a year. These are the most luxurious Apartments I’ve seen. I came from a large home I sold and this was perfect! I felt very safe at all times. The apartments are very clean. The Manager lives on site and she replies right away to any questions. Maintenance is also amazing, they were able to help immediately with any problems I may have had. The community is so quiet, I honestly kept to myself so I did not meet many. I personally met the builder who spoke about the apartments with such pride. They were built for luxury. I had no complaints what so ever! Unfortunately my husbands job took us to OC. If not we would have stayed for years! Coming from owning a home to being in these luxurious apartments was a perfect transition. No maintenance whatsoever, very clean environment. The pool & spa was always very clean, when we used it we were usually the only ones there. The extra amenities are so nice. Playground and Playhouse was a extra for my daughter and her friends. I can not say enough GREAT things about this place. The staff is all AMAZING! You will feel right at home. I know 💯 there is no other apartment/condo like this!!!!!! I really felt like I was in my own home without all the maintenance I had to worry about. The Manager takes Safety as her #1 she notifies you of anything concerning in the city. She really made me feel right at home. I believe this is the safest and most Beautiful community in the High Desert!!!!! 100/10 You will LOVE West Main as much as I did!!!!!

This is absolutely the nicest place up in the High Desert!!! The staff is so helpful, and they go above and beyond to help everyone. They decorate for every holiday and keep the office so pretty and inviting. They offer so much for the community, and the families that live here. I love the gated community and great security features. I also love having a 2 car garage and being able to use my own fridge and washer and dryer.
I can't wait to call this home sweet home, my unit is opening up next week.
I just wanted to shout out to the whole staff who made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. These units go quick, so don't hesitate. If there's a wait, trust me it's worth it.

My husband and I lived at West Main Villas for a little over a year, and recently moved out because we bought our first home closer to work. West Main was the first place we lived together after we got married and we absolutely loved it. Leticia, Brooke, Mark, Diego and the rest of the west main team did a great job of keeping the place clean and secure. They also keep an excellent line of communication between themselves and their tenants regarding any issues that we needed to be aware of. This was an excellent first home for us!
