I have been doing business with Key City for awhile, each time I visit all associates they have all been VERY understanding, and VERY helpful. Some times I feel like a pest, but they are STILL very understanding and very helpful. I first started back in the late eighties, prior to Key City taking over the operations, and since then it has only gotten better, I do not like changes, but in some cases, they can change for the better. Jared, Joanna and Jaime have all been great to work with along with the other associates working the front desk. Will be looking forward to a long and doing business with them for years to come. They have always made suggestions in how to save money but still get the most for what you need.

Key City is trying to force me to get a roof replacement and will not even attempt to reason or work with me on it. I have had to pay for a roof certification for two years in a row to keep them off my back. This year they wouldn't accept another roof cert. I had two roofing companies come out to give me a quote on a new roof. They BOTH looked at me like I was crazy. One of them literally asked, "Do you just want to change the color? This roof looks fairly new." That because it is fairly new. I tried to ask them to send someone else out to inspect it or at least tell me why it needed to be replaced. They refused to do so and refused to listen to the PROFESSIONAL ROOFERS.

Staff is wonderful! Jennifer and Breanna are so knowledgeable about insurance. They gave me great quotes and helped me beyond customer service . Never had to wait for them to get back to me. I was treated more than just a customer. Very patient with me to make sure I was happy and explained my deductible and the difference between going with each one.. thank you for all their time . What excellent service! I have had Mercury car insurance for 25+ years, I had no idea they also offered home insurance. So when I called they not only gave me a much better quote, the multi-policy discounts really added up. On top of that, the agents there email and call to remind me of when payment due, and I even had a call to cluster my policies for additional savings. I've been extremely impressed at the service provided.

The staff at Key City Insurance are so helpful and knowledgable!!! I have been with several other insurance agencies over the years and have never been treated nearly as well as I have with Key City and their staff!! I had the unfortunate experience of being in a horrific auto accident 2 years ago. The compassion, guidance and support I received from the staff and owner was beyond anything I ever expected!! They all went above and beyond!!! Thank Key City for being the best there is!!!
