This is a shady, shady company! They are not forthcoming with their fees. I spoke with somebody by the name of Natalie who misrepresented what my charges were. She knows that she did this. She had full text conversations stating that she was going to have manager reach out to me to refund the $ 100 fee that I did not authorize which she never did. I had to go into the office for some sort of resolution. They stated they would look into it I have another representative reach out to me. She did call me and asked me to email her the text message correspondence for proof. She was supposed to get back to me as well and never did. I have been with this company for many years and it’s always some sort of issue with them. They are deceitful and the service is Trash! I would not recommend going through this company because they will lie to your face and make promises they can’t keep and then will give you the runaround, and when you provide proof of the deception, they will refuse to make it right. What a terrible way to treat a customer who has been with them for so many years.m, even through their many transitions. I would recommend any other place other than this particular company. The main insurance company National General insurance is great insurance, but this broker is the absolute worst.

Very unprofessional, lazy, and rude staff working on today (Sunday)…Canceling insurance due to price hike without any explanation or notification and just charged my credit card like I would be okay with this. I got the same coverage, for the same vehicles at half the price they were trying to charge me through another broker.

Side note: when someone calls to update a phone number, make sure to due it. I’ve gave my new phone number 4 times in the past 3 years and still nothing. You always have trouble looking up my policy because you still have an old phone number.

Aims Insurance, is definitely the place to go. Rosie at the Bell location, has always been friendly and very understanding. I am not the best customer, my payments are never on time and she still reaches out every month , reminding me and working with me so my license doesn't get suspended. Honestly I don't know what I would do without her. Thank you so much for your kindness. Five stars all the way.
