I have been with Brad and PMI Rverside for almost 3 years. It has been nothing short of a great experience. Any and every issue thst has arose, Brad has been on it. Last summer, my AC went out in the middle of a heat wave, I called Brad and he had guys out here that day to not only fix, but upgrade the AC. He knew I have a toddler in the house, and treated me like I was his most important tenant. I plan to stay with him as long as my family and I stay in this area. I recommend PMI Riverside as Brad has provided my family and I the best experience as a renter. I have been renting for that last 12 years, 3 with PMI Riverside.
