I found the whole experience working with Colin extremely good overall ... He was able to answer all my questions about interest rates and loan process. I like the fact that he would always have the time to take my call And answer my questions. His Staff was very helpful and help me with the whole process of my loan. Dee Ann was an amazing loan officer. She was super prompt, communicative and supportive throughout the whole process. I had an unusually long escrow period which required extra paperwork and she helped me through every step. She took the time to check in on me and sent friendly reminders if I forgot about something.
