September 2019 update:

Having been in my house for quite a few years, my 60 plus year old ranch style home was in a desperate need of a full kitchen gut and bathroom updates. With construction costs rising, I turned to Phil fCaulfield for the best mortgage option when I decided to refinance to fund my construction project. Phil kept the process on track and very quickly, with all the paperwork in place, the loan was funded. Securing the new mortgage was the easy part and I can't wait get to started on the new kitchen!

I've known Phil for a few years, and he has always been so knowledgeable about the mortgage industry.
