Staff is very prompt and helpful. We had some minor renter issues that were resolved by the Armstrong mgt team quickly at no expense to us. The cost is very reasonable and saves us time and money to manage ourselves.

We are particular of which companies we do business with and scrutinize them as much as possible. Armstrong has many values that we have not seen in other management companies. I rented out from Armstrong for a whole year and I have to say I loved this company so much. They are very professional. The staff is so kind. They were overall amazing people to rent from. I never ever had an issue with them and when I did express my concerns for things they would take care of it. They are strict on things but it’s reasonable on why. They were amazing. Barbara thank you for being amazing and for always explaining me things I found r understand. You would take your time to explain well to me. Thank you. If you could rent from them I highly suggest doing so!

For my experience they are not professional.if they would,they would fix issues we have with owners of the property tht we are renting.they are great to ask for the rent and charge for late fees ECT. But when we have issues and we point them out they act like nobody is talking

I applied for a beautiful new build unit I viewed. The reviews for this management company were great and staff was great. I paid my application fee. Then it went radio silent. I called within the week I applied and she said it takes a few days but I'll be informed if I was approved OR denied- cool understandable. Than more silence. I called last Monday (it's been 2 wks) no answer so I left a voice mail. My call was never returned then the listing was pulled. Very disappointed in their whole process. I found the same new build with a different management. I move next Monday!
