My husband and I signed up for Auto Insurance through Farmers in Jan. I just so happen to look online this morning to make sure my payment was received I scrolled down and to my surprise realized I had an agent. It was news to me because I have not talked to Mr. Franklin, never received a welcome call, email or text. I am BIG on communication, I had no knowledge of who Mr. Franklin was/is. I think it would be a good practice to call the customer, introduce yourself and let them have that open communication especially when they have other choices for auto/home insurance. I refuse to pay someone hundreds/thousands of dollars and they don't have common courtesy to call me and introduce themselves.
