This is the office for you, if you want to spend 30 years paying an insurance company and then have your insurance cancelled because of hurricane damage and actually using your insurance. This office is all about the bottom dollar. They are so polite when they take your money, but god forbid they have to pay out. They make it very clear that they have zero concern for the customer. If you want a good insurance company and agent to stand by you, then, this is not the company or agent for you! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SALES PITCH!!!!

I don’t normally leave reviews but I just have to give a shout out to Hali! If I ever have any questions or need anything, she takes care of it right away. I usually dodge phone calls because I prefer email but she is so sweet on the phone I will actually pick up when she calls. Thanks Hali! ?

I cannot say enough good things about State Farm/Josh Wild. Specifically, Rianna West, our agent who handled our claim! We bought two brand new vehicles about three months before a hail storm completely battered them. We were pretty distraught, but Rianna was such a pleasure to work with. She got us in touch with a body shop (Freeman's - which I also give 5 stars!) and both vehicles were restored to beyond what I thought was possible. She explained the process and everything was completely seamless. Every promise and assurance that was made came to fruition. Highly recommend!
