I would rate a zero star if it would possible !!!! Stay away from the renting apartment with MR Investments!!!! They never take a responsibility of you have some issue with something at this property. I had a leaked ceiling for a years and need ignored by them. They never wanted to solve that issue until I scheduled the inspector from the city. Now have a mold at my bathroom for a pretty long time, and the same behavior from them. I have a health issues from the mold. Stay away from this company!!!!
The building is very old and has always issues such as cockroaches, leaked ceiling, leaked pipes, heather and many others I dealt with.

I have been living at one of their apartments for 2 years and it’s the worst!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Maintenance requests don’t ever get checked. Offer tried to take me to court for something we dealt with after getting a 3 day notice, and then when we showed up to court told us he was going to ask the judge to dismiss the case. I am now at the point where I am going to take him to court and sue him. We haven’t had a working smoke detector in almost a year and Ana (the head of maintenance refuses to fix it) this place is a joke and I wish I would have done my research before moving in here

Ive been a commercial tenant for 3 years. During this time I have experienced waiting over a year to receive responses to maintenance requests. Ive had continuous roof leaks that create safety hazards, termite infestation that impacts sanitation standards and poor communication the entire lease term.

The only way I get a response is when I threaten to terminate the lease based on their negligence and noncompliance with our lease terms. I would warn any potential residential or commercial tenant to NOT proceed with renting any property from MR Investment.
