I never write negative reviews but today I was treated like a criminal for asking for help depositing a check. I worked in banking for 24 years. I know there are regulations that have to be followed. They could have offered assistance or advice instead of treating me the way they did. I will not go into detail or name names. I just advise you to choose a more friendly bank.

What a horrible bank and online account opening operation. They had me transfer funds before even being approved. What an absolute mess. I will make sure none of my customers are recommended to them.

First if all my review is of Centennial Bank, not the girls at the counter. They are the only reason they got any stars to begin with. So, here goes my review. #1 Customer service is nullified by the fact that the hours of business are very customer UNFRIENDLY. Meaning, being open 9am-5pm Monday thru Friday which is typically the hours MOST of the population works makes it virtually impossible to get there to do anything. Not even courtesy hours on a Saturday or one or two late evening hours. Nothing. The COVID explanation doesn't fly anymore. I've actually worked more hours than before COVID. It boils down to nothing more than pure Arrogance. Remember this Centennial, you only exist because of your customers. You make money off of our money. What are you thinking making things so difficult. You make it seem like your doing us some great thing then arrogantly sit back and make it seem like we are somehow making you inconvenienced. Who do you really think you are anyways? Ridiculous business model. Also, who decides the ATM daily withdrawal limit? And why? Are you somehow smarter than your customers now? $500 on top of never being open is childish. So I should have to take a day off and lose money just to do business with you? How does that make sense? Your online banking is a joke, and not simply being able to print a fricken balance on your transaction receipt? Are you kidding me? The tellars at Gulf Shores branch are your only saving grace, you don't deserve them. Seriously, I recommend to anyone reading to look elsewhere. You'd do better banking at a 5year olds lemonade stand. ?

Staff is cold and customer service is lacking. They seem irritated with both their jobs and the customer's existence. I miss Vision Bank.
