I have had no communication back from them. I'm being hung up on by the office lady's and the landlord when I call and I currently have an ac with mold that they won't fix for over a month now.... It's caused me respiratory issues and I've had to go to the emergency room. Don't rent here, ANYTHING IS BETTER than here. There is mold in the home and there is cockroaches. I have found nasty dirt in my water. Black mold in my house, bugs, And they allowed the plumbing to release out poop into my garden from the neighbors and never cleaned it.

Jordan also discriminated against me for my disability and me reaching out to housing assistance program to help with my rent. Jordan specifically told me it was okay and started to process just to decide to quit and not allow me to pay my rent at all, forcing my children on the street after agreeing to it. Then he gave me a 3 day notice but still refused to let me pay my rent myself and told me it would too expensive for him to have to evict me and just to get out as fast as I can......
when I had the money that day to pay it and I have always paid my rent on time.... I have lived here for almost 5 years.....

After applying for a property that I did not know had supposedly already been rented out the day prior to me completing and paying for the app (my app should not have even been accepted) they refused to give me a refund. That money is supposed to be to cover their clerical costs and to pay for the necessary background check etc., so if the house was rented and pulled from your site prior to my app going through that tells me no background check was even done so where’s the money? Sitting in their pockets. I will never rent from here and will continue to spread the word advising others beware of this shady company.

Same happened to me. I applied, never heard back a few days later they say they went with another applicant.
The lady Cynthia sounds like they have a great scam going! Cannot locate them with BBB!!!! BEWARE
