After meeting with him in person, Jerromy explained the loan process in detail, including supporting documents that would be needed initially and possible documents needed from underwriters during the process.

He explained the costs to fund the loan and gave us truthful answers to our questions.

Because we travel for work it was imperative to have clear and consice instructions to avoid delays. The few instances we were unclear of instructions Jerromy answered our calls immediately.

It would be nice if google were to allow a negative rating for this lender. If you value your time, stay away! After providing detailed information and asking Jerromy to speak with his underwriter to get confirmation that the loan would work for our specific situation and to avoid needless credit pulls, Jerromy assured us repeatedly that things were looking good and that he had spoken to the underwriter so we applied only to have him come back and say that we could not be approved based on the very information that he had supposedly already confirmed with the underwriter. It sure would have been nice for him to have taken the time to actually speak with his underwriter as we had requested in order to save our time. If you spend a few minutes in conversation with Jerromy you will realize that something feels just a bit off. Go with your gut feeling and run. You've been duly warned.
