Horrible service, long wait times, oh and if you want them to place your check on a 7 day hold for no reason go here. On the verge of switching to the bank, went to the branch in the bay shore mall to cash the same check where all I had to do was present my ID and my debit card. I don’t even know why I still put with this racial profiling at this branch, also leaving a review for the hard of hearing senior citizens next to me who was on the verge of tears because they were refusing to help her decipher her phone call that whispered her access code for her online log in. I’m sure everyone can guess the race of the staff in this branch because they treat people darker than them with suspicion and disrespect

TLDR: if you are of color in this community make sure you go to a bank teller that is of color, so your checks don’t get put on a 7 day hold when you have bills due sooner than their racial profiling can accommodate. Will love to talk about a potential lawsuit if others were treated unfairly here as well

I came to Eureka six months ago, decided to make it permanent. Emptied my Redding storage unit. Planted myself. Still have my WA st. bank. Been using the Coast CU cash machine all along. Got a twenty from the cash machine, needed change to catch the bus. They wouldn't make change. I thought Credit Unions were about being better than the big boy banks. If they won't make change, what other customer service deficiencies exist? I went down the street to Northern Redwood Federal CC.

I bank here for multiple reasons. One being when I am in a hurry I can go through the drive thru ATM or Park and use the side Street ATM. A second is the staff is always understanding and helpful. Last reason is Coast Central Credit Union moved into a much safer and Cleaner building than before!

Coast Central is the best! I made an account here a few months back and I am SO glad I chose to bank here. Myranda was knowledgeable and great at explaining different account options. The manager Jera and msr Keira were helpful and kind. Trevor was amazing and helped me get a much needed loan quickly and really saved me. Everyone who works here is extremely professional, compassionate, and good at their job. Do yourself a favor and go make an account here, you won't regret it! I want to bank with them for the rest of my life. Thanks guys! 😁

Horrible customer service. A “quick” trip to this bank will always take a minimum of 30 mins to an hour. The line is constantly out the door and they have 1 or 2 tellers working when there’s accommodations for at least 6 tellers. They will often help customers they personally know before helping the customers who have been waiting in the line. Disorganized and unprofessional, the teller apologized to me so profusely, leading me to believe they treat their employees pretty poorly as well.

My husband and I came to this credit union to open an account. While we had to wait a bit as they were very busy, several of their staff checked on us and were very nice. The gentleman who helped us open our account was kind and knowledgeable. We got just what we were looking for. I would definitely recommend them to everyone in need of a place to bank.

Worst customer service experience ever at a credit union. As a new resident to the area, I needed to exchange a $20 for quarters. They refused because I don't have a local account. I am a credit union member in Sacramento. Chase, Redwood Capital and North Woods FCU all have been helpful. I've even had credit unions in other states help. Take your business elsewhere.

This branch has two outdoor ATMs, one of which is for drive-through. The staff are courteous and helpful. The location is convenient for quick withdrawals on my way home from work. For deposits, I mostly use the mobile app.
