I can't say enough good things about Gary. We recently bought a beautiful home in Idyllwild and Gary was our realtor. Throughout the whole process Gary was incredibly honest, which was very important to us, especially because we were buying our first home and we were learning along the way. Gary was always incredibly kind and thoughtful and on top of everything. He also got us a great deal and kept going above and beyond for us. The first day we talked to Gary we knew he would sell the house. He started immediately to work on the curb appeal. Within days we had an offer. Gary scheduled inspections and all necessary work including a survey in time to satisfy a 30 day Escrow. The man is a Dynamo! While doing that he took the time to answer our questions and negotiate for our interests.

Buying a home in Idyllwild was our dream come true. Every Saturday for 8 months we drove around looking at all the available real estate, and getting to know our way around. We ultimately fell in love with a beautiful house on Franklin Ave, and purchased it last April. Gary and his team were immediately responsive, knowledgeable, and most of all, made us feel like we were his only clients. He gave us a comprehensive list and phone numbers of support services we would be needing going forward. So, without any effort on our part, we had contact info for appraisers, chimney sweeps, electricians, plumbers, landscapers, tree cutters and general handymen, as well as his ongoing availability for anything else we may need. Gary is a GEM!!! 🙂

I called Gary inquiring about a home I saw online that had just a few pictures. Within an hour he had gone over to the listing and got me the pics that I needed to see. He told me to get up there fast as this property would go quick. We couldn't get up till the weekend and he was correct, It sold the next day. But, we went up anyway and spent the weekend with him looking at houses. He was honest, informed and just fun to spend some time with. He is easy going but to the point. He gives you all the info you need when looking at places, has a very detailed knowledge of the Idyllwild area and the ins and outs of real estate in general. The following weekend we went back out and after a dozen homes, we found the one we loved. He has helped us through the escrow process step by step and has really looked out for us like a friend would. Well.... we close in a few weeks and when we move out there, I know I will consider him a friend. Professional top to bottom. Gary is the Man! Thanks for looking out for us.

I had a poor experience with Gary Agner, he kept my deposit outside of the terms of the contract because he was unhappy that my party was larger than i put on the website while booking. His contract did not give them the authority to do so. Nor did he say anything to me even though we were in communication over text while i was their. I would not recommend this company, especially Gary.

It's a one man Real Estate Office so schedule your appointment before you go so he can fit you in. Not much information on particular properties available at this office in the way of flyers. The website Forest Realty is your best source of information.
Please take note on what I was told by him, There's NO direct mail services, in other words the mail person is NOT going to deliver your mail to your home. Postal Services are ONLY available at the town postal office in the town center.
There's NO trash pickup at your residential property, you must take your own trash to the town dump.
Everyone in town will eventually know each other, that's because you will see each other at the Post Office or the Town Dump.
Also Please Note There's ONLY on grocery store in town.
