On 11-19-20 I called Mills Ins. Services to review my Auto policy & to report a Rental Ins. claim..I spoke with Laura, who was very helpful in explaining my rental ins. policy & connected me with the carrier to proceed with a claim..she also was helpful in reviewing my current auto insurance coverage to do comparatives in my consideration of changing plans..my ins. knowledge on both auto & rental ins.is minimal & she was patient & helpful with both. I am thankful I have Mills Ins. the staff are all knowledgeable & helpful.

I had Mills Insurance since they off of Fred Waring and Monterey.I was ripped off by their agentThat I was supposed to be buying a lifetime extended warranty with the monthly premium and instead they slipped in a 36 months warranty and now that my car is in need of repairs I find out that my policy is worthless
