Western Property Management has managed my rental properties for almost 10 years. In every respect, I have found the folks at Western to be responsive, respectful, and resourceful. Their screening process to select quality tenants has always resulted in finding the best fit for the unit. Whenever there is a issue that needs to be addressed, their list of trades people is very deep and they can find someone to respond to an emergency in a quick and timely manner. Their rates are within industry standards and they provide timely, accurate reports. As a property owner, I appreciate all of the broad range of services they provide and I would recommend them to anyone - whether you are a tenant or a fellow property owner that is looking for quality, efficient, and effective management services. I've been renting from Western Property Management for over two years now and have only had amazing experiences. I haven't had any major issues with my rentals but if something has come up they are quick to respond to me and even quicker to have someone out at the property. I don't think I've ever waited more than 2 hours to hear back from them if I've reached out. People often talk about horror stories renting in Santa Cruz but Western Property seems to be the exception! I hope to as long as I'm a renter I'm with them!

We moved into our apartment during the height of the pandemic and Western has been an exemplary management company. Always quick to address maintenance issues, even going so far as to replace all the aging balconies and external doors without being asked simply to ensure the property remains safe and looks nice. The staff has been courteous and professional and I'm so glad that we rent from them as opposed to some of the frankly awful alternatives in this area. Kudos to Christine and the others in the office and who work behind the scenes to keep this community thriving

An excellent hands on management company that consistently meets and exceeds expectations. Staff are professional and quick to respond. Having owned rental property, this is
what most owners hope to find. Great at balancing reno projects demands with the requests of needed repairs by tenants.Through emails, text msgs etc communication is always clear and concise.
Excel at problem resolution as well as being proactive. Would highly recommend.

I have nothing but great things to say about Western.
The office team is absolutely exceptional. Always very friendly, very professional, and responsive. If you have a question they get back to you right away.
The maintenance crew is always prompt and takes care of things right away no matter how big or small the issue may be.
They make paying rent easy and efficient with an online portal as well as being able to request maintenance requests.
In short, an extremely organized, professional, friendly, and courteous property management team!
