Worst company in Visalia. I used them to rent my house, Kimberly was In charged, she was to slow and unprofessional. I asked for the house back after the agreement ended and I had it back in really bad condition. Dogs made so many damages and house was completely dirty and she didn’t do anything to fix it. The tenants got all the deposit back because they are friends.

When we moved into our rental, our house was dirty. We had to call Mill Creek and have them send a cleaner out.

After moving out, I have had to call them over and over again to get the rest of my deposit back. It's really frustrating when you call the dial by name extension and they refuse to answer, but when you call and talk to the receptionist you can get through.

Edited to add: they also defensively respond to every single negative comment, because of course they are NEVER WRONG. Totally unprofessional, rude and I'm so happy I'll never have to rent from them ever again!

I rented a place from Mill Creek for two years. They were super helpful and responsive anytime I reached out. I recently moved out and Tasha, Heather, and especially Visaña (V), were all so helpful and gracious. I had a few large items I was waiting for people to come pick up and they were nice enough to allow me some time to get that done. V even helped me and my friend get my pop up trailer hitched up to move it! I highly recommend this business if you are looking to rent or if you were looking for someone to take care of your rental property!

This review is for Vi Lemus and Alexis! I recently moved from one Mill Creek home to another! So, as for the move out it was pretty good. VI was very thorough yet fair and I have no complaints. I don’t foresee any problems when the final move out is complete.
As for the move in, Alexis was happy to answer any questions, once the process was complete. We received the keys. I like how she explained that I can do my own walk through and put down any and every thing that was wrong with the house for the record. I also took pictures which I intend to turn in. This would prevent any discrepancies when we move out and gives me peace of mind. So far everything is going well. Moving can be stressful and Both the tenant and the landlord/ management have a responsibility to make this process as smooth as possible. I will keep you posted as time goes on.

Yikes! Responding to reviews in an argumentive and childish way is a very bad look for a business. There is no need for it. A simple "we are sorry you had a negative experience" would go a long way. I used to work for a slum lord that would sit by his computer and argue with reviewers all day.

Please don’t use this company. I’m a property owner.
They don’t care about your property. Gaby didn’t put the effort to rent out my property for two months, which ended up costing me $4,500 dollars. she also requested vendor to come to my property to do some paint job to get it ready to put it back on the market after previous tenants had moved out and she didn’t even bother to checked if the job that they charged me and the tenant was even done. I left a voicemail to the broker for him to call me back to address the issue and he didn’t even bother to call me back. Thankfully I found another company and my property was rented out in less that 2 weeks. Please save yourself some headaches and don’t use this company. Oh, one more thing, I also learned from applicants that they don’t reply to their emails or calls requests more information about my property.
