Do not rent from these people. My A.C. has went out the last 2 summers and of course nobody to reach in case of an emergency. My roof came thru after the rains. Took a whole year to fix. They acted like they were doing me a favor because they finally decided to fix it. 336 N. Demaree is where I live. When I leave this dump, do yourself a favor and DO NOT rent this dump. Slum Lords in disguise.

I have been renting from Investors Property Management since 2019, and I just wanted to say that they were my saving grace and found me this rental when i was in a bad place. If ever I've had an issue with anything they have been quick to respond or contact the appropriate help to fix the problem. I appreciate all that they have done and do for me and I would highly recommend them.

Only reason I'm giving 1 star is because a negative rating wasn't an option. The property we lived in for 9 + years (never missing a payment, inspection, not even 1 complaint) was handed over to IPM and it was a nightmare ever since. They illegally tried raising the rent luckily we knew our renters rights. They provided piss poor repair solutions to the point where I started doing the repairs myself to avoid the hassle. Failure to provide legal documentation and deposits in a legal time frame. They "lost" our deposits asking us to provide proof of them. They failed to legally have deposits transferred over when taking over the property and told us we were SOL because they didn't have records. Tried to bill us for normal ware on a 30 year old property. Fabricated a false list of damages with no proof. Completely unprofessional and uneducated the whole time. But thankfully we kept the proper paper trail to settle in small claims court. I can't wait to pick up my court ordered check from this over the phone tough guy. If you see a property with this business, RUN THE OTHER WAY.
