UPDATE
i was told ,,, there is a 1700 damages and i would not be getting a deposit back $1780
That was there estimate..... I left that house SUPER clean
They said the shower heads needed to replaced.... 20 year old
They said the stove pan needs to replaced
That stove was in great shape and super clean .... i was so proud , i took pics(thank God ,,, for the pics)
California law states 21 day to return deposit
I was over a month (was going to use that money for Christmas)
I gave notice in October
If you do not care for your deposit return...... please rent from them
I work hard for my money
I am not the only one,,, with this issue... check the web
