I’ve been to the Homewood Chase Bank branch a few times, and it’s always a great experience. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. Today, I was greeted right away and directed to the right person. (I didn't catch their name)

I talked to Todd, who I think is the manager. He’s awesome – always remembers my name and is super helpful. I also worked with Jonathan, who helped me with some paperwork. He was quick and efficient. The teller that helped me (cannot remember her name) was also super friendly and took care of me quickly.

I went into this branch on my way to fl. to sell my house. I asked for the wire instructions and made sure it would be OK to wire a large amount to my bank account. The lady was really nice and assured me everything was going to be OK and handed me wire instructions. She even allowed me to wait there to charge my phone. Before leaving I asked one more time to make sure everything was going to be fine for and I had the right information. She said yes and I left. The next day at the closing tabel I had a strange feeling so I called chase to confirm the numbers again they confirmed. An hour after the money was wired I called chase to see when it would be in my account. That's when they informed me because I had a secured account it wouldn't except the money!!!!!!!!! Me and the lawyer had to jump through 20 hoops to get the money back!!!!!! Keep your money out of this bank at all costs. Wells fargo is the best.

I had the worse experience at this branch today with my teen. This was supposed to be my teens first banking experience with opening up her first checking account. I visited the branch today as a newly established existing customer who had just set up 2 new accounts last night online and I needed to open up a Highschool checking account for my 15 year old who had a few payroll checks to deposit. I was the only customer there and I arrived about 11:50 am. Todd greeted me at the door and then spent 10 mins talking to me about what I needed in the lobby and then an additional 10 mins telling me how he couldn’t help me that day even though the branch didn’t close until 1pm and was completely empty. So being that I needed a walk in freindly and accommodating bank I requested to close my account. Todd finally took me to the office and took another 10 mins to close both of my newly open account. Which was a total of about 30 mins I spent in the branch. Im sure as a new existing customer, Todd could have opened the account I needed had he addressed my need as I arrived. The entire time I was at the branch no other customers came in so I was the only one there for assistance the entire time. My teen was extremely disappointed and I was completely dissatisfied with the lack of service I received today at this branch.

I am a new Chase customer with basic banking needs and I decided to stop at the Homewood branch to make a correction to my account and ask about one of the offers that came with my new account. I was promptly greeted by the branch manager Todd who introduced himself to me and let me know that he is also monitoring the lobby so he may have to greet or check on customers as they come in. I appreciated the care that he gave in letting me know his name, title and that he was monitoring the lobby as well. Todd is very welcoming and easy going and because the other staff was looking out for customers coming in, he did not have to pause in assisting me and answered my questions with care and concern. I appreciate the warm welcome to the branch. I will make this the branch I visit whenever I need to go into a brick and mortar location. Thank you again Todd for the swift and professional assistance for my banking needs.

Went to this bank with my wife to exchange cash for quarters. Since this bank opened we've never had an issue going there for this service; however, today there was an employee there who told us we couldn't perform the exchange unless we banked with Chase. This wouldn't have been an issue but the employee was very passive aggressive in telling us that this was company policy despite us having visited there many times before for this service. This was also after no one was at the front to greet us so we got pulled out of line & kicked out essentially. It was an all around embarrassing experience because we felt that it shouldn't have been an issue.
