I've been a homeowner over 30 years and have done several refi's with different lenders but from now on I will only do business with Dexter Stinson. He is the best loan officer I have ever worked with. Other loan officers totally gave me 'snake oil salesman' vibes, did not communicate with me, and when they did communicate, they were not honest with me. Dexter communicated with me every step of the way, I didn't have to guess about what was going on, he gave me details and held my hand through the entire process and made it so stress-free I'm referring him to everyone! Give him a call, you won't be disappointed.

Jack Merzoian of New American Funding was very truthful, reliable and easy to deal with. He went over and above his call of duty to help us close early. He made himself available even outside business hours (late nights and during weekends) to speed up our loan approval process. Terry was extremely helpful and thorough throughout the transaction. She made everything extremely clear and was fully transparent during every step.
