The Manager is cool they Know For Sure there is a Roach Infestation they Raised the Rent asThey See Fit. Im Probably Going to Be Evicted For My Post. They Know You're Stuck Between A Rock and A Hard Place. I Asked to Relocate to the Front Since I Found My Best Friend Murdered A Few Doors From Me. Its A Cool Place If They Would Listen to the Tenants.

The name is deceiving. The management is non-existent. Rent is increased at an exorbitant rate. Vagrants are allowed throughout freely. I'd give 0 stars if possible. Owners are greedy only they use cheap labor to care for the grounds, and seniors are left to navigate fallen trees and other debris strewn about the property. Section 8 recipients can be total nuisance with no repercussions. Their bottom line is collecting that government check.

I live on Erie Holt apartments Pomona. We have no manager, the pool is disgusting, my central heater and my oven doesn't work. I have ask for maneitance so many times but no answers. I do my payments on time. So sad.

Nothing positive to say. Everyone on the reviews should file a lawsuit against this company for uninhabitable premises. Call a lawyer everybody.

If google gave the option to leave no stars that would be GREAT. The reviews from people on this company are ALL ACCURATE. The “supervisor” or whatever he’s suppose to be for one of the properties I had applied to is RUDE. My application was denied which at first I was down about due to me liking the area mostly that’s why I mainly applied for not because of the looks of the building itself is not nice at all from the outside when I went to go look at the property this is what I seen the water was completely disgusting when I had turned on the sink in the bathroom the tub had the same nasty water i thought I had documented that as well but i didn’t. I just have footage of the sink from the bathroom which im sure they’re aware of. Everything inside the apartment looks like it was poorly remodeled from the creaking floors to the cabinets to everything else. And the supervisor had the audacity to be rude and I wasted my time and gas to DRIVE ALL THE WAY to their company location which was AN HOUR drive from where I live because the “supervisor” wanted to “interview” me which I don’t know what was the whole point of that if he just told me “I will see if I can help you” since my application got denied the first time just so it can remain that way so that was very disappointing. His name is Ram I’m not sure if that’s how you spell it or whatever. I wonder if he’s rude too all applicants and tenants what a shame this management company HAS TO DO BETTER.

Roaches everywhere no lil storage outside for holiday events or anything you want to store,maintenance come when they want ,you can't have anything in the porch it's really sad for the price their asking

Too bad they do not have -0- stars because that's what I am going to rate the owners of Bradford Terrace Senior Apartments in Placentia, CA. The owners AND the property management company (Moss & Co.) have no respect for seniors in the community. And Moss & Co. has printed on their letterhead - It's personal! We've lived here for 6 years now and the standard of living has dipped to none! So sad! We have been victims of theft in less than 6 months. A personal safe in my storage unit and my husband's golf bag complete with clubs, tees, balls, shoes, etc. that was in the trunk of our car parked in the carport! No security, No safety, No respect, No sense-of-urgency, No empathy, No Follow-Up, No knowledge!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The appts at 227 E ave 41 Highland park are roach infested. The carpet stinks and the inside of the building is cleaned maybe once every 2 months. The company gave me my deposit after 21 days and took money out without any explicantion. This is illegal. You are able to go to small claims which I will be doing since I have not heard back from them.
