I met Kyle in 2022 when I took his Home Buyer Survival Guide class. The class was informative and provided much information for someone unfamiliar with home buying. Shortly after the class, I went directly to Kyle for the pre-approval process because I immensely enjoyed his class. My wife and I are in our beautiful first home two years later. During the home-buying process, Kyle's role as a mentor was invaluable, guiding us and keeping us informed every step. There were a lot of stressful periods, but Kyle helped us by coaching and teaching us. When we were ready, he referred us to a great realtor and moving company. He was a one-stop shop for us. We cannot say enough positive things when it comes to working with Kyle George for our first home mortgage. There is no denying it, the Southern California housing market is difficult. A realtor is going to tell you what areas are going to make you competitive, outside of simply cash to spend, a buyer’s competitive edge comes down to quickness. How quickly can you turn over a pre-approval letter to match each offer you make. How quickly you can remove the loan contingency. We moved fast, and Kyle had us prepped ahead of schedule each step of the way. He was readily available to discuss modified pre-approval letters for our counter offers, enabled us to remove our loan contingency within 5 days and we closed 3 days earlier than expected. All thanks to his knowledge and foresight. Work with this man if you want to buy a home in SoCal.

Kyle stuck with me for 2 years during the increased interest rates and low housing inventory. He was there answering my questions and when it came to pitch time- he knocked it out of the park!
