I and my son need to apply for an ITIN (individual taxpayer identification number) so we came here to get our passports certified, instead of having to send our original ones. Ms. Alejandra Lopez was super helpful and professional. She helped us fill out form W7 and also arrange our tax documents that we prepared by ourselves to send them to IRS. It took less than an hour for two applications, including waiting time, so it was quite prompt. We were very pleased with their service
