I do not typically like to give an establishment a negative review however, I went into this credit union to ask some questions and very potentially become a member. I was treated so poorly when I asked a question that I was humiliated. The lady whose name I should’ve taken treated me like I was stupid and dressed me down in front of other people. I believe a couple of them were embarrassed for me. Wow! Thank you Wescom for helping me make a better choice!

I have been a member of this credit union for 29 years. I am a platinum signature member. My son had a problem with fraud on another account not related to Wescom and before we could get that cleared up, Wescom closed his account, even after we came in and explained everything everything that was happening. Within a matter of days everything has been sorted out, and it had been proven that my son was the victim of fraud, but we were so unhappy with the terrible way that Wescom treated us that we will never go back. Ever. Go to Orange County’s credit Union. They were so helpful and awesome.

Great little branch, Jason helped me alot with setting up my CD's, young banker that provided great support ! I am happy I switched over from the big banks to our local credit unions !

I went into a branch and the manager, Dena, didn't even discuss options with me to resolve the issues with this account. I called afterwards and I was on hold now for 1 hour and 5 minutes.

I was given information from the first agent I spoke with today and I followed those instructions. For the manager to dismiss my request without reasonable cause, was very nasty and sadly, expected

My financial advisor Norm is friendly and more importantly knowledgeable, and helps me in ever way he can, so as I will understand my finances status.
