Dealing with this 'business' has been a total headache. Customer service is a joke – they never pick up! They promised full coverage, but when I needed it, there were a ton of hidden exclusions. My rates doubled out of nowhere. The claims process was a nightmare and took forever. they’re not worth it!

I dispatch for Sand Transports, a trucking company out of Downey , Ca.
