I have been working on trying to get a copy of my title for the last five or six months. And they are telling me that they have not received the title from the previous company that file chapter bankruptcy. I don’t see how that’s my fault they can call and ask for payment they can call and threaten a repo, but they’re not willing to find my title and it’s been five or six months right now. I have no idea what to do if I was you I would stay far away from this company because it happened to me when I was in the military and they bought a military Lindel out and they just reloaded my truck because I couldn’t get the title . I’m not letting that happen again. I am going to get a laser if I have to. I have already filed a complaint with the Ohio attorney general office The DMV and the DMV in a BBB and it seems like nothing is working and every time I call they just tell me the same thing we do not have an update please email this email which I have done multiple times. So if this is happening to you, I highly recommend that you record the phone calls. If you have an iPhone, there’s a button that you can hit to record the phone call save the file. Make sure you have a piece of paper with the timestamp of every single time that you made attempt so that way, you could just stop building up your case and going out the damages Because I’m almost positive that I’m not the only one that this is happening to because what’s going to happen? Is they gonna get my car that I only owe no more than $5000 on and they’re gonna turn around and sell for 15000 I’m not gonna let that happen. I bought this car for $27,000 and I only owe about 5000 on it. This is just wrong and unjustified practice that this company is performing and it’s about time that somebody stands up to them.

I hate everything about this company. Lack of information you choose to share with your clients. The Harassment you receive if your late 1 day. Lack of effort to share and deliver valuable information. These are people lively hood that you mess with. If my first financial company didn’t sell my contract I would have never knew about these people. They are the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HATE IT HERE!!!!!!!! See you even reply back with a sorry ass apology and then said you can’t find my account I been with y’all for 4 years now sad

If I could give a half star that would be my rating, this company purchased my vehicle loan from US Auto Sales and it has been HELL ever since! The customer service dept sucks and to try and get to the correct dept I was hung up on 5 times in one hour. If you are ever presented to a financial offer from this company, please run away in the opposite direction as quick as possible!!!

If you come across this company, RUN. The customer service experience is absolutely terrible. You will not receive answers to your questions. If you ask to speak to a supervisor, you will be transferred everywhere EXCEPT to a supervisor. That in and of itself is a red flag. It seems like supervisors are adamantly avoiding speaking to customers, which leads me to believe that they are hiding questionable information.

Remember: there are plenty of other places to buy vehicles that DON’T use Westlake. PLEASE DO NOT ASSOCIATE WITH THIS COMPANY. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES AND THE FRUSTRATION.

Where do I start? I got my car through American car center. West lake took over and it’s been nothing but issues. I ended up having to do transmission repairs and was still making semi payments while my car was in a shop for a few weeks. I called spoke with someone and they told me they would push my owed balance to the end and let me start fresh. My payment was 222 every two weeks so I started paying 115 a week which is more than I should have paid but now 2 months later I’m some how 400 plus behind? This company is complete garbage! I’m 4k away from paying off a car I got crowed over on and they keep adding more and more to what I owe! Back again. Just talked to them and they say I’m 18 days past due yet I paid last Friday 2/14/25 and paid the Friday before and so on. This company is legit garbage and refuses to actually fix anything!

All I know is I better have my title this month since that lady want to catch an attitude on the phone. Yes I record all my calls with this garbage company. My title was supposed to be sent back in Dec. 2024 before Christmas. It’s Feb 19th 2025. It shouldn’t take that long. Constant lies and the run around.

I strongly encourage all of these people posting bad reviews to file a consumer complaint with the state attorney general and with the better business bureau.
I’ve been trying to get my title for almost a month. I’ve gotten nothing but the run around, told different things from so many people. They just say whatever you get you off of the phone. “Santiago” in the titles department is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Interrupted and spoke over me so many times, on multiple occasions. My new car loan is with this company and it truly terrifies me after reading all of these reviews and dealing with the headache of trying to get my title these past few weeks.

AGAIN. FILE A CONSUMER COMPLAINT WITH YOUR STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! This many complaints and bad reviews is shameful and disgusting.

They have no compassionate, they don't even say hello! Someone frauded my bank account and my payment was snatch back , so I been paying every two week to catch up, they still tried to take my car unless I paid more . Charge me hella late fees. All they want is the money! I got approved for a loan through them and I needed a car and they charged me the same price as the car for my interest fees, basically paying double. I if you can go around them, do it! I don't see them lasting too long .
