PLEASE READ COMPLETELY BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS AGENT.
IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD.

This office has a complete lack of respect for common courtesy and a complete lack of customer service. Below are FACTS that surround my experience with this agency.

First, I’ll start with the claim that Mr. McDaniel filed on my behalf and WITHOUT my consent. As a matter of fact, I expressly instructed Mr. McDaniel to NOT file a claim if the issue was not going to be covered under my policy. In fact, he told me that he would discuss this issue with you BEFORE going any further.
The next thing I know, I am receiving a call from an adjuster to come look at the house. At this point I was still unsure if that meant an actual claim was in process. As a matter of act, it wasn’t until a day or so later that I received another call from the adjuster stating that
“The claim” was denied. At that point is when I reached out to Mr. McDaniel for an explanation as to why.he violated the rules and filed a claim on my behalf without my expressed consent.
This started with a phone call to Mr. Mcdaniel the day BEFORE he left on vacation. I Was told he was in the office that day but never received a call back from him. I attempted tp phone him the following week and was told he was on vacation. I finally emailed him and received one of the emails listed below.

After Mr. Mcdaniel returned to the office he proceeded to outright lie to me REPEATEDLY telling me that he was going to call me back.
Then, on Friday September 20th, at 10:35 a.m. I called your office and asked to speak to you. Your assistant said that you had gone to the bank and should be back shortly. I told her to convey that it was important for you to call me asap. I NEVER heard from you the rest of the day.

It’s obvious to me how you run your agency! Lies, breaking rules(and probably laws As well) and filing a claim without my expressed consent. Not to mention a complete lack of even common courtesy to call one of your customers back.
Sir, you have an obligation to all of your customers! But, by you, and your agency’s actions have proven to me that you have no concept or dedication to these basic customer service principles.

I have THREE policies with your agency! And even if was only one policy I deserved to be treated with at least common courtesy.

In light of your complete failure to return my calls or attempt to reach out to me with the truth, I have since applied to move all of my policies.

I will be leaving an appropriate review on the website detailing my experience with your agency in hopes that other “would be” customers can avoid falling into the same situation as myself.

I have also filed a complaint directly with Allstate.

I have had my homeowners and car insurance with Allstate for years. Jeffery has been such a reliable advocate. Examples: noticing an overpayment and large refund that was due from the YEAR prior while doing annual reviews of my HOA policy, noticing an increase in my auto insurance premium, shopping policies and switching companies, and THEN revisiting policy months later and switching again (all without hiccup and effortless on my part), explored life insurance policies according to my needs and promptly responding on my behalf to obtain such coverage.. the list goes on. He is responsive, knowledgeable, dedicated, and reliable. Asset on my behalf and with best intentions is how I would describe Jeffery and the Ken Needham team. 10/10 recommend pursuing all policies with this agency.

I was able to get great prices on my home and auto insurance! It was a smooth and seamless transition from my old insurance to Allstate. My agents were friendly and did an outstanding job in helping me with all my questions? I would recommend anyone to consider switching to Allstate! Thanks!

After receiving HORRIBLE service from a different national company that promises to 'save you money', I was still paying an outrageous amount for auto and homeowners insurance! I didn't know that the payment was that terrible until I spoke with Mallory at Ken Needham's Allstate. She helped me go from a $555/month payment for auto to $218 for THE SAME COVERAGE. Think it's raising the deductibles to crazy minimums? NOPE. Same low deductibles. That's crazy! Oh, and homeowners? How about we went from $264, which the OTHER company was about to increase, to $180! Plus, Mallory was the sweetest! She took her time to help me, answered all of my questions, and had the nicest attitude! She's been available ever since any time that I need her. Mallory is all about helping her customers and does an outstanding job! Thank you Mallory and thank you Ken Needham!

Absolutely horrible service.
The only time I ever heard from them was when they tried to guilt trip me into buying life insurance. This went on for years.

Then when I did have a wreck, I called to figure out the process for claims. I was told that since it was it was already in claims, there was nothing they could do for me. And then I was scolded for starting a claim with my insurance agency since I was not at fault. I was told that they should not be involved at all.
When I called later asking for updates on the claim, they said they have no idea and to call the national claims number.

I tried to take a vehicle off my policy, They said they would take care of it. 2 weeks later, I received my monthly bill and the vehicle was not taken off. I called and talked to Ken personally to tell him about my extreme displeasure with their service and how I was treated. All he did was give me an excuse about why I was treated that was and that he will take the car off. No apology, or anything.
I moved my policy to another agency, otherwise I would have left Allstate all together.
