Susan D., the property manager, has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Times have changed at this property. Definitely look elsewhere because her management and people skills are extremely lacking. The only thing you will find here are deceptive practices and slumlord behavior. Sad!

Susan was amazing! We are so happy we were able to work with her in finding our great rental home. She is not only professional but also honest and got the process going quickly! She also had an awesome attitude to where my boyfriend and I both felt at ease when we met her. We would definitely recommend Evergreen property services and Susan when looking for a new place to call home!

Definitely go look at this businesses yelp review. Susan is terrible and will waste your time and be non responsive. Don’t waste your time or money.
