I told Jay how much I was looking to sell it for and then turned the property over to him to get all the items taken care of. Jay selected the paint colors, developed the yard design, and selected new lighting and a new stove/oven and had his associated contractors do the work, greatly improving the appeal of the property. Jay was always available during the entire process and worked with an effective support team for managing all the document reviews and signings making it easy for me. Jay also managed the interactions and relationships with prospective buyers and the ultimate buyer to their satisfaction and to mine. Overall, selling my home was a much easier process than I had envisioned and Jay is a big reason for that.
