Remember when you could walk into a bank, be helped by a real person who was both competent and friendly, and leave feeling good about the whole experience?
Well, that's Sierra Pacific Federal Credit Union.
What's amazing to me is that none of this comes at the cost of not fully embracing the best of modern technology. They have a great phone app. They have an excellent website. They can do anything that my other bank can do. But they do it with a personal service long gone from the big banks.
Been a member for 30+ years and been recommending it to friends and family for that long. Great institution.
