Rebecca Hobson is by far the most professional and competent loan officer that I’ve ever done business with. This is coming from someone who used to be a loan officer and has purchased four homes previously. Rebecca worked with me for almost a year to get me in a position to qualify for a VA loan. My loan was especially challenging because Ive had some unique issues other lenders didn’t want to spend the time to help me overcome, so it required more supporting documents and letters of explanation than I even knew existed. It probably lost her money from the amount of time expended helping me with my issues and caused her lower back problems from lifting my completed file. She never let on just how annoying me and my loan had to be. She always answered my calls immediately and kept me very well informed throughout every step of the process. She is incredibly detail oriented and proactively addressed issues prior to them arising. Rebecca even had me stop by another Guild office closer to my job to scan and send her docs just so I wouldn’t have to drive across town on my lunch break. Rebecca is a world champion superstar loan officer. I hope a Guild Mortgage CEO reads this review and offers her an executive position with a 7 figure salary for her level of competence and unbelievable customer care. I doubt anyone else could have accomplished closing my loan. I am referring everyone I know to her.
Thank you Rebecca! I hope you know how appreciated you are for all your hard work and your precious time spent dealing with me. My kids and grandbabies also thank you for moving them from a beat down apartment complex to a home with a yard and trees. This was more important to us than you may realize.
