We had Leigh as our property manager in Monrovia for 4 years. She was incredible. Completely transparent, helpful, and respeonded to all correspondense quickly. I have been renting in LA for 20 years, and she was the best property manager I have ever dealt with. Any time we had an issue with our home, she got it fixed immediately. When we had questions about rent or utilities, she was there for a quick answer. She even set up a portal so we could pay our rent automatically to make our lives easier. We lost her services because the home we rent sold, but Leigh was there for us every step of the way, walking us through the process and assuring us we were OK. Honestly, if you have the chance to rent from Leigh, or list your property, do so. She will help you forget that you are renting, and allow you to simply live your life.

Arroyo and Leigh are the best. I normally find landlords to be distant. They usually come off as only wanting your money and to drag their feet on getting things fixed. Not Arroyo Property Management. Super nice, down to earth and helpful.

Have fun her name is Leigh, she has no respect for her tenants, bulldogs her way around the property, essentially nothing but a school yard bully.
