I recently ended a year-long lease and felt it necessary to share my experience with the property management and maintenance services, which were unfortunately lacking. Despite multiple maintenance requests throughout the year, I received no follow-up, leading me to personally reach out to the team without any resolution. Newer team members seemed to struggle with basic communication and professionalism, often appearing careless and defensive.

As a tenant who consistently met rent obligations, the absence of basic maintenance support was disappointing. Furthermore, upon moving out, despite thorough cleaning and addressing normal wear and tear myself, I was faced with unexpectedly high charges for painting and cleaning. This was especially confusing given the paint was provided by the landlord, indicating there should not have been significant additional costs.

This experience, marked by a lack of support and unclear communication, as well as the unwarranted charges against my deposit, has left me deeply disappointed. For those considering this property management, it's important to be aware of these potential service and communication issues.

Recently I rented a townhouse and before moving in I did a walkthrough.
and there were some minor issues that needed to be addressed. I contacted management and was referred to the maintenance manager Tasos Spathos who was very polite and gracious, he addressed these minor issues on a timely matter and fixed the issues at hand , i give him a 5 star 🌟 rating.
