Jonathan did an amazing job for us. My Mom choose him to sell her home, and to be honest, I had misgivings over CA Flat Fee, as I had always dealt with "full service" (full price?) realtors before. But I was very wrong. I worked with Jonathan and my Mom to figure out how best to prepare her home of 32 years for a good sale so she could move into a retirement home. Jonathan kept me appraised throughout the sale, and I assisted my Mom to get her home ready.
