From April 2024 to January 2025 this team performed a miracle for me. I am 81 years old and in April I was haunted about my future. Esther Clauson, of the Dave Knight Real Estate Team, led the team through a flawless real estate accomplishment that has culminated in my being happily ensconced in a beautiful Senior Living Assisted Living community in Glendale and the proceeds of the sale of my condo in Burbank safely in my bank. Everyone on the team and some carefully selected outside contractors got me to this community in my search for a new home, decluttered the condo, moved me, renovated and staged the condo, put it on the market and the results were amazing. We had offers coming in within a week, some of which were over my asking price, and within a few weeks we were in escrow. All possible contingencies were addressed and escrow closed only two days beyond Esther's original estimated date due to the fires. I'm still catching my breath.
